Q. If I go with the program, how do I get the information to my members? We only meet once a year. A. Just one of the benefits of Incentra’s Safety Bucks© program is our “rollout” campaign. We will work with your loss control staff to provide them with additional tools to help make them more effective in communicating with the membership. And, Incentra can provide a traveling “road show” to train all of your members about the benefits and features of the program.
Q. How can I tell if Safety Bucks© will work for my employees and business? A. Safety Bucks© has been installed in over 1,500 companies representing nearly 600,000 employees. It is a proven product with a 15 year track record. Results vary, but in all cases, there has been a significant improvement within 3 months of starting the Safety Bucks© program.
Q. I see there are three levels of products (Silver, Gold, and Platinum). If I start at one level, do I have to wait for my anniversary date to upgrade to another level? A. No, you can upgrade to another level at any time. Some features of upper levels are also available on a “trial” basis. Contact the marketing department for more information.
Q. Is Safety Bucks© hard to administer? My staff is working full time now. A. Safety Bucks© was built to nearly run itself. After we work together to develop the program so it’s a good fit for your goals and your members, the employees redeem their own game cards to claim awards. We provide you with a complete promotion package so you can build excitement – and compliance – easily.
Q. How do I pay for Safety Bucks©? A. Each installation is a custom fit. With over twenty features to choose from, a Safety Bucks program is tailored to fit your needs. Payment is funded through program savings.
Q. More and more of my workforce speaks Spanish. How can Safety Bucks© help me? A. Safety Bucks© offers all posters, newsletters, Award Order Forms, and criteria in Spanish as well as English. If you have other language needs, please call us for further assistance!
